MULTIPLE SIGNALS FROM A SINGLE BOX

ARTICLE ORIGINALLY PUBLISHED IN MICROWAVES AND RF, MARCH 2014
Since this article was published Pronghorn has developed the 8400B-N series of benchtop instruments that have multiple outputs that are user definable and capable of operating with a single internal or external frequency reference. We plan to port these designs in the future to our Ultra Low Phase Noise PHS8500 series. The advantages are that you have a single instrument capable of creating multiple signals that could be phase coherent or capable of phase continuity between multiple switched frequencies
